"Several years ago, I found myself in need of a new car insurance policy. With time running short and anxiety climbing, hearing that I had to wait at least two weeks for a quote alone was driving me insane. I was impressed with how well he knew and really seemed to love his job. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood the information before signing anything. He carefully went over any and all options available to me. He really seemed to care! He made each visit to Adelphia very pleasant. There was never a time (after my initial visit) that I haven’t been greeted on a first name basis; which, most of the time, was accompanied with a handshake. Anytime I needed a question answered via telephone, I was spoken to immediately or called back shortly after the call was placed. Some agencies you have to wait for days!!
